PURPOSE:To establish the manufacture rich in mass-productivity, by cutting out the composite plate in which the piezo-electric ceramic plate and the carbon resistance plate are bonded at the end, through the cut-out of block orthogonal to the main plane. CONSTITUTION:The composite ceramic block 100 is that the piezo-electric ceramic block 1 and the blocks 2, 3 of carbon resistor are bonded with the adhesives 4, 5 and incorporated. When this block 100 is cut off to required thickness at X-X' plane vertical to the major plane, the composite piezo-electric ceramic plate 200 in which the piezo-electric ceramic plate 6 and the carbon resistor thin plate 7 are bonded at the end, is obtained. Thus, the composite piezo-electric ceramic suitable to form small sized composite components can be in mass-production with a simple method. |
