Process for the preparation of sulphur-containing heterocyclic compounds

Sulphur-containing compounds with coronary dilating properties and the formula <IMAGE> in which X is SO or SO2, and the radicals R, R4, R5, R6, R7, Y, Z and m and n have the meaning stated in Claim 1, and their acid addition salts, are prepared. These compounds are obtained by S-oxidation of compounds corresponding to the formula I but in which X is a sulphur atom.
