PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device and a control method of an electricity storage element, capable of inhibiting iron from being eluted from lithium iron phosphate of a positive electrode due to charging.SOLUTION: A control device of an electricity storage element applies, to an electricity storage element including a positive electrode containing lithium iron phosphate, such a voltage that a potential of the positive electrode is 3.45 V or more and 4.30 V or less based on an electrode of metallic lithium. A potential of the positive electrode is favorably 3.65 V or more and 4.10 V or less based on an electrode of metallic lithium.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
