PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power collection and distribution ring capable of enhancing the connection strength of the bus ring and the winding, and an electric motor.SOLUTION: A power collection and distribution ring 4 includes first through third bus rings 41-43 and a neutral phase bus ring 44, the first bus ring 41 has a plurality of connections 41a projecting radially outward, and connected with the first lead-out wire 321U of the U-phase winding 32U, and a plurality of arcuate parts 41b for coupling the plurality of connections 41a in the circumferential direction. The connection 41a has a pair of extensions 411a extending radially outward, and a central part 411b formed perpendicularly to the radial direction, between the tips of the pair of extensions 411a. On the surface of the central part 411b facing the first lead-out wire 321U, a flat contact surface 411c is formed to come into contact with the first lead-out wire 321U.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
