PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric conversion module with higher reliability.SOLUTION: The thermoelectric conversion module includes: a first insulating substrate provided on a high-temperature side of a plurality of thermoelectric conversion elements; a low-temperature side insulating substrate 24 provided on a low-temperature side of the plurality of thermoelectric conversion elements; a plurality of first electrodes electrically connected to one electrode of the plurality of thermoelectric conversion elements through a bonding material; and a plurality of low-temperature side electrodes 21 electrically connected to the other electrode, which has lower temperature than the one electrode, of the plurality of thermoelectric conversion elements through the bonding material. In addition, a low-temperature side electrode 21a positioned at an end of the outermost column among the plurality of low-temperature side electrodes 21 at a corner part of the low-temperature side insulating substrate 24 is electrically connected through a corner wire 28 to a low-temperature side electrode 21b which is different from the low-temperature side electrode 21c opposite to an end face 21aa of the low-temperature side electrode 21a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
