The fitted kitchen unit consists of a bottom cupboard (1) and a top cupboard (2) between which is a U shaped alcove (3) section enclosing a working area (4) which opens towards the front. The bottom arm (5) of the alcove (3) sections forms a working surface (8) and also a cover for the bottom cupboard (1). The top arm (6) of the alcove section (3) forms the base tot he top cupboard (2). The bottom arm (5) also contains several drawers (9), a cooker hob (10) in a trough (11), or sink.
