PURPOSE:The title remedy, capable of preventing mycosis of a shrimp, e.g. a disease caused by a fungus belonging to the genus Fusarium, and improving the feed efficiency, and comprising trichomycin. CONSTITUTION:A preventive and remedy for mycosis of a shrimp obtained by incorporating 100-100,000 units of trichomycin (T) with one gram of a feed for the oral administration, 100-100,000 units of T with 1ml of sea water for the transcutan bath, or 500-10,000 units of T with an injcection per day and kg of body weight injected into the abdominal cavity or muscle, and usable in the form of powder, granule, a tablet, emusion, or solution in a mixture with various carriers. The preventive and remedy may be used alone or mixed with a nutrient, feed, another antifungal, anthelmintic or metabolism improver. |
