PURPOSE:To enable two types of automatic feed-in and feed-out operations for a pallet by providing a feeding device in which a pallet is transferred between an automatic pallet changer (AWC) and a pallet pool line (PPL). CONSTITUTION:In case of AWC operation, a workpiece is alternatively installed in or removed from the pallet P at the two locations, i.e. a left waiting position m for an automatic pallet changer 6 and a right waiting position o. In case of PPL operation, the workpiece is installed in or removed from only at a position of b having a turn table 8. The pallet P having a workpiece installed already is transfeered up to a position of l through the converyor I to IV and then fed up to a waiting position m of AWC6 by the feeder 9, and finally moved upon a table of the machine tool located at a position of n by AWC6. |
