发明名称 RECORDING MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To provide a recording material composed of bismuth and indium laminated sequentially by evaporation which permits quick thermal deformation with the irradiation of a high density energy light. CONSTITUTION:Bismuth 2 is vacuum evaporated by the resistance heating method or the like on the substrate made up of polyethylene terephtharate and polycarbonate films and the like at the film thickness of about 50-1,000Angstrom to make the first layer while indium 3 is done likewise thereon to make the second layer in the manner that the film thickness be made at 50-1,000Angstrom . A reflection preventive layer made of PbO, TiO2 and the like and a protective layer made of Al2O3, SiO2 and the like are laminated on the evaporated layers. The recording material thus obtained is thermally deformed to record in the area directly or indirectly receiving heat energy with the irradiation of the high density light beam such as laser thereby eliminating works including development and fixing while speeding up the recording.
