<p>PURPOSE:To efficiently prepare a laminate excellent in bonding strength, heat resistance, electric insulation characteristic, etc. by a method wherein a metal foil is coated with a bonding agent and heating treatment is applied thereto before the metal foil is laminated. CONSTITUTION:A sheetlike substrate 1 coveyed continuously is laminated by a laminating device 3 through an impregnation device 2 wherein setting resin liquid or the like is employed and, after being set in a setting furnace 11, is cut 13 into practical size. In such a process, a metal foil 9 conveyed continuously to be laminated is coated with a bonding agent 7 and heat treatment 4 is applied thereto before the metal foil enters the laminating device 3. By this, a laminate which is excellent in heat-resisting property, electric insulation characteristic, bonding strength, etc. is efficiently prepared continuously.</p> |
