PURPOSE:To enhance the mixing effect by acting the mixing effect due to a stirring blade and a centrifugal pump synergistically to a solution to be mixed. CONSTITUTION:If a powder and water are introduced in a mixing tank 1, a two- way cock 19 is closed, a two-way cock 20 is opened and electromotor 12 is driven to rotate the stirring blade 7 in the tank and the centrifugal pump 8 of a tank bottom on the same shaft, a high viscous substance contained therein is passed through tank external pipes 16, 17 while mixed and entered to an upper portion of the tank 1 again to be recirculated. Thereby, a light powder in the upper portion is prevented from being floated while not mixed. After mixing, two-way valves 19, 20 are rotated reversely and transferred to a next stage stirring tank from a pipe 18, but, because the obtained mixture is sucked up by the pumping pressure, the stirring tank and the mixing tank 1 are placed on a same level in a horizontally arranged manner and the apparatus can be arranged in an easily transportable shape. |
