<p>PURPOSE:To easily manufacture the heater element having a desired shape, by covering and constructing a specific component metal oxides or metal oxides and metals on the surface of substrate composing the heat generating part at least by melt-spraying method. CONSTITUTION:Metals or metal oxides are coated on the surface of substrate by melt-spraying method so as to be composed of 70-99.5wt% SnO2 and at least one kind of Ag, Ru, Rh, Pd, Sb, Os, Ir, Pt group or 0.01-5pts.wt. metal oxides, residual % ZnO. The substrate is made by sticking melt-sprayed material, for example, iron, steel or nickel, etc. and has a heat resistance. For example, flame melt-spraying or plasma melt-spraying of argon, is used for the melt-spraying method. Hereby, heater element having a desired shape, can be prepared very simply and inexpensively.</p> |
