PURPOSE:To operate the fixed iron-core excellent by a method wherein oil is smoothly supplied among each fixed iron piece, locations wherein caulking pins are fixed are decreased and the lowering of strength is prevented in the fixed core for the plunger type electromagnet device formed by laminating a large number of fixed iron pieces. CONSTITUTION:One end part of the fixed iron pieces 1 contacting with an oil mat 2 are concavely formed, and concave parts 3 are made up on one surfaces of the iron pieces 1 and convex parts 4 on the other surfaces respectively. The parts near magnetic pole surfaces 7 of the other ends, to sides thereof a plunger is disposed, are caulked and fixed by means of a caulking pin 6, and the convex portions 4 of the iron pieces 1 adjacent to the concave portions 3 are fitted. Thus, oil is smoothly supplied among the iron pieces 1 though the iron pieces 1 are positively laminated and fixed. Caulking position by means of the caulking pin 6 is decreased, thus preventing deformation due to the caulking of the core 1, then obviating the lowering of strength. |
