PURPOSE:To obtain a titled controlling agent which comprises compounding the synthetic lubricating oil having a high viscosity index, a low pour point, etc. and leaving virtually no residual carbon at the time of high-temperature thermal decomposition to graphite powder or MoS2 powder, and by which the lubrication of sliding surfaces at high temperature is well accomplished. CONSTITUTION:This agent comprises essentially graphite powder or MoS2 powder, to which the synthetic lubricating oil, such as polyalkyleneglycol, which is high in viscosity index, is low in pour point, is difficult to evaporate and leaves virtually no residual carbon even when thermally decomposed at high temperatures is compounded. The resulted tar leaching controlling agent buries the voids between both plate bricks in a sliding switching device and improves the lubrication of the sliding surfaces of the plate bricks at high temperatures. Hence, the service life of the plate brick may be considerably prolonged. |
