After the insertion, the engagement member (20) is rotated so that the second rotary shaft portion (26L) is inserted to the shaft receiving bore (47) of the second side wall portion (44b). At this time, because a shaft allowable length (L2) is specified to be greater than a shaft maximum rotation length (L4), an interruption of an insertion of the rotary shaft portion (26) because of a contact of the second rotary shaft portion (26L) with an edge portion of the shaft receiving bore (47) at the second side wall portion (44b) is restrained. |
