PURPOSE:To ensure a free copying with varying magnification and in full size of the copying paper or some margin left, by selecting the size of the copying paper to the region to be copied when carrying out a copying with varying magnification and thus displaying the possible copying magnification for selection of an optional magnification. CONSTITUTION:For instance, an A5-size original is copied for magnification by deciding various types of copies through the selection of the magnification button 110 among the magnification, equimultiplication, reduction buttons. In this case, alarms 108 and 111 glow along with the cassette display part 112. The size of the transcribing paper is selected by the cassette selection display part 113. The switch 113c is pushed for copying with magnification up to the A3-size, and thus the magnification selection is displayed at the display part 107a of the copying magnification selecting means 107 simultaneously with completion of the selection. Then the magnification variable switch (all for A5-A3) of the magnification switch 115 glows. The selection is given with push of the double magnification switch 115a, and then the copying is done by the copying button 116. |
