PURPOSE:To improve the reliability and durability of the friction mechanism by a method wherein a hysteresis iron loss is generated in the noncontact friction structure produced relatively between an armature shaft and a housing using the energy of a permanent magnet. CONSTITUTION:The magnetic member of hysteresis material having a high hysteric characteristic such as vicalloy and the like is inserted in the gap between an outside magnetic pole 37 fixed to a stator 35 and an inside magnetic pole 38 fixed to a permanent magnet 37. A hysteresis material 39 is threaded and fixed to the end section of an amature shaft 32 with a flat washer 40, a spring washer 41 and a hexagonal nut 42. Also, a plurality of projections 37a and 38a are provided on the circumference and an alternating field is generated by the revolution of the hysteresis material 39. The above projections 37a and 38a are made in such a shape that a hysteresis efficiency can be effectively generated. As a result, the reliability and the durability of the frictional mechanism can be improved. |
