PURPOSE:To obtain constant frequency characteristics regardless of variance in film thickness with regard to a elastic surface wave device having a resonantor composed of metallic strips, by decreasing electrode intervals of the resonators gradually toward the center side of the device. CONSTITUTION:Metallic strips 5 and 6 are so formed that the electrode closer to the center side of the elastic surface wave device will have a narrower electrode interval. Therefor resonator structure, variance in center frequency due to variance in film thickness can be reduced, so that constant frequency characteristisc can be obtained without reference to the variance in film thickness. |
