PURPOSE:To increase a starting-ability in case of a low temperature by arranging a semiconductor element for heating having a positive temperature characteristic into an intake pipe of an internal combustion engine. CONSTITUTION:A semiconductor element 17 having a positive temperature characteristic, which is tabular and calorific power thereof is large when a temperature is low, is disposed into an intake passage 10 for a carbureter (a) and an air cleaner 9. A water temperature switch 19 inserted into a cooling-water jacket 18 through a relay 20 is connected to the element 17, and conducts electricity to the element 17 when a low temperature, and sucked air is heated. |
