<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to reproduce information from an arbitrary position accurately and read information dependently upon programs and obtain a small-size storage device, by using a mass storage memory dependent upon the semiconductor. CONSTITUTION:Composite ROM1 is provided with mass storage memory 1b where plural information are written, address decoder 1a of the memory, the data input terminal which presets the decoder, and the clock phi2 input terminal which increases the preset address by every one address. An arbitrary part in plural information in ROM 1b is read by address designation.</p> |
