PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relay device, a communication system, and a program that transfer facsimile data from a transmission source depending on a transfer destination in a configuration to have a function to concurrently transfer facsimile data transmitted by a transmission source via a public network to each transfer destination connected with a private network by a relay device.SOLUTION: A relay device 2 comprises: acquisition means for acquiring transmission source information identifying a transmission source when the relay device receives a request for receiving facsimile data from an external device 11 of the transmission source via a public network 12; and transfer means for transferring facsimile data from the transmission source to a transfer destination to be transferred to among a plurality of transfer destinations connected with the same private network 3 on the basis of information on a transfer destination end device 4 that rejects or permits transfer of reception from the transmission source corresponding to the transmission source information acquired by the acquisition means. |
