PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable resin composition capable of forming a barrier film which is excellent in a barrier property of a gas such as water vapor and oxygen, and excellent in impact resistance, by irradiation with a laser beam after curing, and to provide a method for forming a barrier film and a method for sealing a device using the curable resin composition.SOLUTION: The curable resin composition contains a curable resin having a siloxane bond and a polymerizable group in the molecule, a polymerization initiator and/or a thermosetting agent. A cured product after curing forms a barrier film formed from a SiOlayer on the surface by irradiation with a laser beam. |
