<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the captioned panel having smooth surfaces by a method wherein a groove is formed by blowing compressed air against foaming synthetic resin stuck to the surface of a moisture-proof surface material, reinforcing material is embedded therein and then another moisture-proof surface material is laminated thereon and pressed. CONSTITUTION:Foaming synthetic resin 9 is stuck on the moisture-proof surface material 7 by means of a spray 10 and compressed air is blown against the resin from a compressed-air jetting device 11, whereby a groove is formed. Next, the reinforcing material 6 is laid so as to fit to the groove and moved, while the foaming synthetic resin 9 being made to foam. Then, cooling air from a cooling-air jetting device 16 is applied to the thick part of the foaming synthetic resin pushed to both sides of the groove to cool the same so as for the speed of reaction of the thick part and the ratio of foaming thereof to be adjusted to be almost the same with those of the other part. Next, another moisture-proof surface material 8 is laminated thereon and a foamed body 8 of hard synthetic resin is set, while being pressed by upper and lower belt-conveyors 14 and 15, and thereby the captioned heat-insulation panel is obtained.</p> |
