<p>PURPOSE:To weld simply and surely the outside and inside parts of the fitted part of two synthetic resin members by welding the part by using an ultrasonic wave and a hot plate together. CONSTITUTION:The hot plate 6 fixed, through the intermediary of a heat-insulating plate 7, to the lower surface on the base side of an ultrasonic wave horn 5 extended vertically is made to contact with the fitted part 4 of at least two synthetic resin members 2 and 3 fitted on each other and, by operating the horn 5, the inside part 4a of the fitted part 4 is welded. Next, while the operation of the horn 5 is stopped, the hot plate 6 is heated by operating a heat source 10 to heat the members 2 and 3 up to the temperature higher than the melting point of the resin and thereby the outside part 4b of the fitted part 4 is welded. After this, a water jacket 11 provided inside the hot plate 6 is supplied with water, whereby the fitted part 4 is cooled.</p> |
