PURPOSE:To prevent damage of a wind mill, by facing a discharge nozzle to the counter advancing side of the propeller at strong wind, supporting a wind channel with a spring, facing a discharge nozzle to the advancing side of the propeller, and providing a side vane. CONSTITUTION:Bracket 4 is installed to the lower end of supporting shaft 1, wind channel 7 with side vane 10 is installed to rotating spindle 6 stood on bracket 4, and wind channel 7 is supported with spring 8. With wind, discharged wind from discharge nozzle 9 of wind channel 7 operates to propeller 3 to face the advancing side, and increases the speed of propeller 3. With strong wind, side vane 10 rotate the wind channel receiving wind from front to the position which the discharged wind from discharge nozzle 9 gives reversing rotation to propeller 3, and the discharged wind from discharge nozzle 9 gives rotating brake to propeller 3. Thereby, damage of the wind mill can be prevented. |
