PURPOSE:To reduce the inequality in the thickness of conductor and the process of manufacture of the subject winding by a method wherein a flat type conductor is laminated by performing a flat-braid winding and the inner part, whereon a flat- braid bending has been performed, is shaved after forming a square-shaped annular laminated material. CONSTITUTION:The flat type conductor 1, having a rectangular section, is laminated by performing a flat-braid winding and the square-shaped annular laminated material 2 is formed. In this state of condition, the thickness of the inner circumference of the curved part is made heavier than that of the outer circumference. Then an inter-layer insulator 3d, having the same shape of the laminating material, is placed between this laminating material 2 and the inner curved part of the laminating materials 2 is shaved almost into a bow shape along the curved line using a cutting edge 11 while all of these materials are being fixed. Through these procedures, the thickness of the inner and outer circumferences of a conductor 1C can be made almost the same. Also, the soldering and the like are unnecessary in this method and this enables to reduce the process of manufacture, because the shaving work is performed only for the number of curved parts after bending work has been finished. |
