PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for taking out fuel debris, capable of reducing a risk of exposure to radiation.SOLUTION: The method comprises following steps: S1, setting a radiation shielding vessel in a dryer separator pool (DSP); S2, forming, from the radiation shielding vessel, a through hole in a throttle plug disposed at a passage connecting the DSP and a reactor well; S4, washing inside of the reactor well from the through hole, carrying-in a shielding bag through the through hole into the reactor well, and supplying water into the shielding bag; S5, covering the upper part of a storage vessel head with the shielding bag filled with the water in the reactor well shielded by a shield plug; S6, installing an isolation house for covering the reactor well on an operation floor to complete preparatory work and proceed to reactor opening work; S7, S8, removing the shield plug and the throttle plug; S9, disposing an isolation vessel in the reactor well and the insulation house; S12, covering a pressure vessel head with the isolation vessel; and S13, removing the pressure vessel head.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
