PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency by adding a tank circuit which has the same frequency with a signal source, and an impedance element which stops a multiplied frequency component from entering a power source between the power source and the tank circuit. CONSTITUTION:For example, high-frequency power source E' is composed of a thyristor inverter. Tank circuit 1' is composed of reactor L1' and capacitor C1' and its resonance frequency is set to equal the frequency of high frequency power source E'. This tank circuit 1' is connected to high frequency power source E' via reactor L2' which stops the passing of the impulse current of the multiplied frequency component. Saturable reactor A' is designed to get saturated by integration 5/10 as long time as the positive or negative period of the across voltage of capacitor C1'. Tank circuit 2' consists of loading reactor L3' and capacitor C2' and its resonance frequency is set five times the frequency of high frequency power source E'. |
