PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve abnormality detection accuracy of a fan in a heating cooker which performs heating cooking of a heating object by circulating hot air in a heating chamber.SOLUTION: A heating cooker includes: a circulation fan 14 for circulating hot air from a combustion chamber 20 to a heating chamber 10; a cooling fan 16 for taking in the outside air to a motor storage chamber 35; an exhaust passage 30 for guiding the hot air in the heating chamber 10 to the outside of a body; a cooling passage 37 for conducting the air in the motor storage chamber 35 along the exhaust passage 30; a return passage 38 for guiding the air led-out to the cooling passage 37 to the combustion chamber 20; a hot air temperature detection part 18 for detecting the temperature in the combustion chamber 20; a drive characteristic detection part 504 for detecting a drive characteristic value E1 of a fan motor 15; and a storage part 505 for storing a reference drive characteristic value Es corresponding to a circulation air amount in which a pull-in air amount and a push-in air amount into the combustion chamber 20 are combined. Rotation failure of the fan is determined by a difference between the drive characteristic value E1 and the reference drive characteristic value Es when a detection temperature T1 of the hot air temperature detection part 18 exceeds a reference temperature Ts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
