PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door check device that is non-penetrating rod type and has a reduced resistance fluctuation amount against an opening and closing control force.SOLUTION: A piston inner space 71 is formed in a piston member 4. In the piston inner space 71, a volume compensation member 7 is disposed. The volume compensation member comprises: a volume compensation piston member 72, which partitions the piston inner space 71 into a volume compensation space 71a and a pressure generating space 71b; and a compression spring 73, which is disposed in the pressure generating space 71b and applies pressure based on an elastic force to the volume compensation space 71a through the volume compensation piston member 72. A cross-sectional shape of a fluid inclusion space S in a vertical face in a movement direction of the piston member 4 in the fluid inclusion space S of a cylinder member 2 is formed into elliptical or oval shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
