PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste heat recovery system capable of effectively curbing acid corrosion of an ancillary facility at a downstream side of a waste heat recovery device.SOLUTION: A waste heat recovery system to recover waste heat of a boiler comprises: an exhaust gas line in which exhaust gas discharged from a boiler flows; a waste heat recovery device which is installed on the exhaust gas line and configured to recover heat from the exhaust gas through heat exchange between the exhaust gas and a heat medium; an exhaust gas bypass line which branches from the exhaust gas line at an upstream side of the waste heat recovery device and joins the same at a downstream side of the heat recovery device; and an exhaust gas flow rate adjustment device which can adjust a flow rate of the exhaust gas from the exhaust gas line to the waste heat recovery device and the flow rate thereof from the exhaust gas line to the exhaust gas bypass line.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
