PURPOSE:To measure reflex nerve by an electronic wrist watch with simple constitution, by measuring the period from hearing the tone of an incorporated buzzer to pushing a switch. CONSTITUTION:When switch 1 is closed, gate circuit 1 is opened and stopwatch counter 7 is reset with a prescribed frequency-division output. Simultaneously, FFs 10 and 11 of delay circuit 13 are reset through gate FF8 and a prescribed frequency signal outputted by second counter 3 sets FF11 to open AND circuit 5. Consequently, a buzzer tone is generated and the prescribed frequency division output passed through NAND gate 4 is counted by counter 7. When switch S2 is colsed on hearing the buzzer tone, the output of AND gate 9 is inverted to the low level according to the inversion of the output of gate FF to the low level to close gate 4, stopping the supply of a counting clock to counter 7. Therefore, counter 7 measures the period from hearing the buzzer tone to pushing the switch by adding a simple circuit. |
