PURPOSE:To continuously produce emulsified fuel which is uniform in liquid drop particle size, is minute and is good in stability by adding a surfactant to liquid hydrocarbon oil then feeding by compressing the same into a static type inpipe mixer thereby performing emulsifying and mixing. CONSTITUTION:A surfactant 11 is added at 0.01-5vol% ratios to the liquid hydrocarbon oil 12 mixed with liquid hydrocarbon oil or powdery carbide contg. 5-50vol% water contents. This is fed by compressing into a static type inpipe mixer 8 provided with a twisted pipe and is emulsified and mixed, whereby the emulsified fuel 13 which is 0.1-20mum in mean dispersed particle sizes of oil and does not cause separation of oil and water for a long tme is obtained. |
