PURPOSE:To simplify the assembling and to fix the assembly strongly, by inserting the leg of magnetic assembly made of synthetic resin to the hole of a pickup cartridge frame made of synthetic resin and fixing the both through heating and melting. CONSTITUTION:A leg 6 of a magnetic assembly 2 made of synthetic resin molded for magnetic assemblies 1, 1' for left and right channels consisting of two magnets and three pole pieces, is inserted to a hole 7 provided at a synthetic-resin-made pickup cartridge frame 3 so that it projects from the hole 7. After heating and melting the tip of the leg 6 and the surroundings with a solder iron, the both are strongly fixed after cooling. Further, a cover is attached to hide the molten part. |
