PURPOSE:To eliminate charging trouble, by using a forced-cut signal without coin, for the count control of a call meter and making equal the number of coins to be contained in a terminal telephone set with the count memory of the call meter of a terminal station. CONSTITUTION:When a called party is, a contact reverse 3a of a reversing relay is operated, a relay 3b of an outgoing trunk OGT is restorated slowly, and this slow restoration time causes charging pulses to be fed to a terminal telephone set. In case of the 2nd charging pulse, an E relay 3b is restored with the operation of a contact 3c of a P relay, the M relay is operated to produce the charging pulses and to operate a call meter. Further, at the end of a call, if a forced-cut due to absence of coin takes place, a signal outside of band is transmitted from a terminal telephone set, and when this signal is received and detected at a receiver 3h, a relay LOT3i is operated and the contact 3j is connected to a +BB power supply to activate an MP relay. Through the operation of the MP relay, the addition to the call meter by +1 at the end of call is not made by cut-off. |
