PURPOSE:To facilitate setting of X-ray films and eliminate deviation in setting and out-of-focus by burying contrast meters, penetrameters and magnets between two sheets of soft plastic plates. CONSTITUTION:With two sheets of upper and lower vinyl plates 5 which are arrayed with a contrast meter 3 and a penetrameter 4 in parallel therebetween as 1 unit, plural pieces of these units are arranged along a weld bead matching line 7 and the film set matching lines 6 provided on both sides thereof, and further plural pieces of magnets 2 are arranged near both side edges of the vinyl plates 5, thence two sheets of the vinyl plates 5 are stuck by pressing. With such constitution, a film mark set plate 10 is located accurately to the position of the weld zone of an object to be inspected by the line 7, and an X-ray film is easily set by the lines 6. Adhesiveness is improved by the effect of the magnets 2, and the deviation in setting of the X-ray film and out-of-focus are prevented. |
