PURPOSE:To mass-produce luminous screens with designed luminous color continuously by supplying compensating mixed fluorescent material slurry to recycling mixed fluorescent material slurry. CONSTITUTION:A face panel is washed, dried, and coated with a fluorescent material slurry, and picture elements are formed on the inside surface of the face panel through shaking off, drying, mask-fitting, exposruing, and developing processes. A compensating fluorescent material slurry is added to a recycling fluorescent material slurry recovered from the shaking off process, and the slurry is used as pouring fluorescent material slurry. The compensating fluorescent material slurry contains two or more of fluorescent materials different in color in different proportion from the pouring fluorescent material slurry. |
