PURPOSE:To make the size small, by taking an incorporated construction through sticked ceramic capacitor and piezoelectric ceramic oscillator. CONSTITUTION:A ceramic capacitor 4 is stuck in advance to a piezoelectric ceramic oscillator 1. The capacitance value of the capacitor 4 can be changed by shaping an electrode 5 of the ceramic capacitor 4 with laser, allowing to make variable the resonance frequency. |
