PURPOSE:To enable finding of a correct split point without taking a reference sample from a normal person at every time, by a method wherein a ratio of a distance between peak values or lowest values of each pattern of split images of the sample to be measured is compared with the corresponding ratio of a normal person. CONSTITUTION:A spacing ratio between peaks a0, a1-a4 and lowest values b1- b4 on an X-axis of each split pattern of albumin, alpha1, globulin, alpha2 globulin, beta globulin, and tau globulin in a serum, which are obtained by a electrophoresis method, does not change both in the case of the normal person and in the case of the immune patient. Through the harnessing of said phenomenon, in case a peack of a matter (beta lipo protein and the like) except said 5 components is created at an inspected serum pattern, and in case there are, for example, very low values b5, b6, b7, b8 in addition to b1-b4, the very low value b2, among the b5, b2, b6 between the peaks a1-a2, in which said spacing ratio is most nearly equal to the reference value, is determined as a split point, and the b7 and b8 are erased by counting as described above. This enables them to be processed by means of a computer to correctly measure an area of each split and to diagonize the presence of the abnormality. |
