<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to measure the speed of moving object such as a ball by one person easily, by pitching the ball according to the signal from the measuring device, while an electric current is conducted in a measuring circuit at this time alone to measure the ball speed, and to output the result in voice. CONSTITUTION:A manipulation switch 53 is so deviced as to form a manual measuring circuit for the ball speed by making a contact point 53 an ON accompanied by the closing of a switch 52, while forming an automatic measuring circuit by making a contact point 53b ON. While the device is in an automatic measuring mode, a signal for making a voice output device 54 output an oscillation sound is outputted from a whole-circuit control circuit 51. The speed of a ball being pitched by the sign of the oscillation sound is detected by a measuring circuit 4, and the ball speed data are stored in the circuit 51. Out of those stored data, the fastest speed is selected, to be outputted through a device 54 in the form of a voice.</p> |
