PURPOSE:To prevent previously that tip of a cleaning means separates from a recording medium, thereby a latent image on the recording medium is desturbed by preparing a cleaning means that contacts with and separates from the recording medium in interlock with a developing roll. CONSTITUTION:Around a peripheral part of a recording medium 1 like a drum, a developing device 2 and a cleaning device 3 inside said developing device 2 are prepared. The developing device 2 has a developing roll 4 and an agitation roll 5 in its case 2a and develops a latent image on the recording medium 1. The cleaning means 6 on the developing roller 6 is fixed on a supporting axis 7 parallel to an axis 4a via a sopporting member 6a with a cleaning blade, and a rocking member 8a is fixed. A tip of the blade 6 separates from the surface 1, by engaging this rocking member 8a with a tip of a blade of an impeller prepared on the developing roll 4. |
