<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a regenerative brake controlling device having continuously weak field controlling function inexpensively by bypassing a part of a current regenerating via a field connected with a resistor in parallel and a diode at the OFF time of a regenerative brake chopper of a DC motor. CONSTITUTION:The current flow rate of a chopper 8 is minimized in the high speed zone in which brake by a weak field is necessary, and a thyristor 12 is fired at the suitably timing of OFF period of the chopper 8 to bypass a current flowing through a series field 5. The DC motor becomes weak field by the suitably change of the bypassed current, and continuous weak field control can be performed by the continuous change of the fire phase of the thyristor 12. When the firing phase of the thyristor 12 is approached to the ON timing of the chopper 8, it approaches all field, while when it is separated, it becomes weak field. The difference between the armature current and the field current flows through the resistor 10 at ON time of the chopper 8, enabling sufficient field weakening.</p> |
