PURPOSE:To reduce an edge effect of a copied image without dividing an original image into a dotted image, by forming a low region filter in the light path through which light reflected from an orignal image passes toward a photosensitive material. CONSTITUTION:Light emitted from an exposure lamp 1 is reflected from an original 6, passed through the low region filter 2 which is made by randomly crossing 50- 500mum thick natural or synthetic fibers at intervals of 100-1,000mum and fixing this net to metallic filter frames (a), and further through a image forming lens 3, reflected with a mirror 4', and projected on a photosensitive drum 5 to form an electrostatic latent image on a photoreceptor. This image is developed with a developing device 8, transferred with a transferring device 9 on a transfer paper 11, and fixed with a fixing device 11, thus permitting solid black parts to be prevented, density difference between the peripheral parts and the central part to be reduced, and a copy superior in reproducibility to be obtained. |
