PURPOSE:To obtain an optical member consisting of a thin film which is excellent in a spectral reflection factor characteristics, mechanical strength and an adhesive strength, by laminating MgF2, Au (a film containing Au), and MgF2 (ZrO2) films having lambda/4 thickness, respectively, on a glass lens base material. CONSTITUTION:The first layer consisting of MgF2, plural second layers consisting of a mixed film containing an Au film or Au for color coating, and a film of MgF2, and moreover the outermost third layer consisting of an MgF2 film for preventing the reflection are laminated in order on a glass lens base mateial. Optical film thinkness of each laminated layer is regulated to lambda/4, but when a layer which has laminated in order ZrO2 whose film thickness is lambda/2 and MgF2 of lambda/4 is substituted for said third layer, reflection preventive coating of a low reflection is realized. |
