PURPOSE:To easily remove a noise of a video signal, to decrease the number of external pins of a signal processing circuit, and to elevate a noise characteristic, by using a two-phase clock pulse for driving a shift register, as an input pulse of a circuit for removing a noise of the video signal. CONSTITUTION:Optical information stored in plural photodiodes 1 provided on the surface area of a substrate of a solid image pickup element is read out by discontinuous scanning pulses from vertical and horizontal shift registers 3, 5, and is inputted to a signal processing circuit 10. An output of this diode 1 is inputted in order to a vertical switching MOSFET 2 and a horizontal switching MOSFET 4, scanning pulses from the registers 3, 5 are inputted to the respective FFs 2, 4, and are inputted to the source of D-MOS of a signal processing circuit 7. Between a gate 7a of this circuit 7 and the input side of two-phase pulses phi1, phi2 of the register 5, a signal processing circuit 12 is connected, the circuit 7 is controlled by an output pulse phi0 of the circuit 12, and it is synchronized with a noise in the video signal, by which the noise is removed easily. |
