PURPOSE:To obtain a small-sized interdigital band pass filter where the insertion loss is comparatively small and the rise of the attenuation characteristics is improved, by providing spaces between dielectric resonator elements and connecting optional dielectric resonator elements indirectly by a connecting element and a coaxial cable. CONSTITUTION:A cavity 2 is provided which passes through the approximate center of a rectangular parallelepiped 1 consisting of a dielectric and is vertical to outside faces opposite to each other of this rectangular parallelepiped 1 and is opened in one outside face at least, and a metallic film 3 is caused to adhere to the inside wall face of this cavity 2, thus constituting a dielectric resonator element. Plural these elements are loaded into a shield case 8 in a line, and adjacent elements are directed to directions opposite to each other, and spaces 17-21 are provided between these elements. Optional elements are connected indirectly by connecting elements 24-27 and a coaxial cable 22. |
