PURPOSE:To eliminate the noise caused by the unevenness of transfer, by providing an output part to an input register part and adding the untransferred signal to the output signal. CONSTITUTION:An output part 8 is formed at an input horizontal register part 1, and a signal ST corresponding to the untransferred electric charge is obtained from the part 8. A signal ST receives an adjustment of gain through an amplifier 9 and is supplied to an adder 11 to be added with the output signal of an output part 5. As a result, an output signal in which the noise caused by the unevenness of transfer is cancelled is obtained through the adder 11. |
