PURPOSE:To increase the reliability and to lower the cost, by counting and detecting a prescribed pulse number from the detecting position of a scanning stand at forward running for the scanning end position, in a reader/recorder of facisimile reciprocating the scanning stand. CONSTITUTION:A scanning stand 6 is stopped at a scanning end position (c), by a photoshield plate 9 of a scanning stand 6 reciprocally passing through a scanning start position (b) and a photosensor 10 turned on, by counting applied pulse to a pulse motor 11. Thus, the detection sensor for a scanning end position (c) and waiting position (a) is made unnecessary to make position detection and control for the sanning stand. |
