A granular delayed-release form of pharmaceutical active substances, which form contains a granulated or crystalline pharmaceutical active substance coated with coating materials retarding the release of the active substances, these coating materials consisting of a homogeneous mixture of a polyacrylate insoluble but dispersible in water and a cellulose ether insoluble but dispersible in water. Preferred active substances are KCl, pirprofen or diclofenac sodium. |
