PURPOSE:To obtain a clear picture which scarcely causes ground fog, by providing meshes on the bottom of a case which supplies a toner for developing an electrostatic latent image formed on the surface for holding an image, and supplying a toner of a proper quantity to said meshes and a sliding fur brush. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with a developing roller 2 slide-rotating in the opposite direction to the surface of a photosensitive body 1 of a dry type electronic copying machine which is rotated in the direction as indicated with an arrow. As for the developing roller 2, a conductive adhesion layer 8 is provided around a shaft 6 through a urethane layer 7, and a fur body 9 is planted. A toner 3 consisting of a nonmagnetic substance, in a case 4 is stirred by a blade 12, passes through meshes provided on the botton of the case 4, and is supplied to the fur body 9. In this case, an excess toner of the fur body 9 is scraped down, its shortage is supplied, also the fur body keeps a charged toner of a proper quantity by friction, slides against the photosensitive body surface 1, and is adsorbed by an electrostatic latent image, which is developed. In this way, the supply quantity of a toner is made proper, an uncharged toner is decreased, and a clear picture which scarcely causes ground fog is formed. |
